The Young Leadership Program (YLP) aims to develop talented, ambitious individuals and help them grow to their full potential by hands-on learning alongside experts. It offers a fast track blended learning experience, consisting of rotational work experiences across the verticals, cross functional activities and personal learning and development.
The Young Leadership Program is not just a program, it is a journey. The New Joiners take on this tour in 3 categorical phases. Initially, they get an overview of the organization, meet the leadership and are taken to the Saket Studio and the Warehouse. It helps them get accustomed to the working styles of Jabong. In the second phase, these Young Leaders are introduced to the various verticals and departments in the organization. Lastly towards the end of the 1st year, they are evaluated on the learnings and performance. The meritorious ones are facilitated at the Annual Awards.
