The ‘SHE – The Women of Vision’ initiative is focused on supporting the women-folk. We have a mentorship program where the senior women leaders are mapped to the women employees at junior levels to support them through their professional sojourn.
We have very stringent policies to safeguard the women here. The Employee Code of Conduct, Work Ethics and Sexual Harassment policies are not just documented in the records but we follow the guidelines mentioned within the organization with utmost sincerity. A formal committee has been institutionalized and trained to investigate and support women in the organization.
